By hiring me, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to my terms of service.

PAYMENT

A deposit in the amount of 50% of the total cost is due upon receiving your invoice to guarantee your date. The remaining amount is due at the completion of the project. At times the client can choose to pay 100% upfront. Client will pay a $50 fee for all returned checks. There’s no refunds for work or consultation completed.

MAINTENANCE SERVICE

Client agrees to provide a payment for tasks completed. Billed $60 per hour.

DAMAGE TO WEBSITE

Client acknowledges that they shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the website caused by any incompatible or virus installations by Client(s) or its guests or hacks.

DATE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Any requests for a date change must be made in writing at least 1 week in advance of the original project date. Changes are subject to availability. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the deposit shall be forfeited and project cancelled.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Chardon Nicholas, its employees, affiliates, and representatives, harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from your violation of reproducing, copying, transmitting, distributing, or otherwise exploiting the images or photographs in any way not authorized by Chardon Nicholas. This obligation will survive the termination of the agreement.
